Areas of Focus

When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.

Life Transitions

There are times in our lives when we come to a crossroads and we have to decide whether to stay on the same path or explore a new one.

Perhaps you are experiencing a new life stage, contemplating a major change, or are feeling stuck, that your lifestyle no longer suits you.

Change and transitions are opportunities for us to explore, grow, and heal.

Grief and Trauma

Loss, or the anticipation of loss, can create instability and uncertainty about how to move forward.

Trauma can create isolation and fear. There may be feelings of shame or fear of revealing or even reliving experiences. It is not uncommon to feel that we should be able to handle things ourselves.

When working with grief and trauma, we may look at the past, but we also explore present day challenges and strengthen your resources and beliefs to prepare for a fulfilling future.

Caregiver Support

Creating balance and space for your own needs while caring for others is challenging in ways your friends and loved ones may not fully understand.

Perhaps your career causes you to feel burnout or compassion fatigue leaving you with no energy to enjoy your own life and experiences with friends and loved ones.

It can feel wrong to take care of yourself when others are also in need, but caring for yourself helps everyone around you.
